Marine Wash Technician

Job Overview

Bilbo's Marine is seeking a reliable, professional, and self-motivated Marine Wash Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining vessels through scheduled wash services while providing excellent customer communication and representing the company professionally in the field.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable using technology, and capable of working independently while managing multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the Bilbo's Marine yard each workday to pick up the company wash vehicle and equipment.
• Access assigned work orders through the company mobile app.
• Review daily schedules, vessel information, customer notes, and service locations within the app.
• Travel to marinas, residences, and storage facilities to perform scheduled vessel wash services.
• Clean vessels according to Bilbo's Marine quality standards.
• Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work.
• Upload photos, notes, and service completion reports through the company app.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling, access requirements, and special service instructions.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or service recommendations observed during washes.
• Maintain company equipment, supplies, and wash vehicle in clean working condition.
• Follow all marina, dock, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Bilbo's Marine yard.
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and technology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.
• Previous marine, detailing, or boating experience is required

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
