Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maritime Lawyer located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The Maritime Lawyer will be responsible for offering legal advice on maritime issues such as shipping contracts, vessel operations, international trade compliance, cargo claims, and maritime insurance. The role involves representing clients in legal disputes, drafting legal documents, interpreting laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance with maritime codes. Close collaboration with clients and providing strategic legal counsel on maritime-related matters will be a fundamental part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Maritime Law, Admiralty Law, and International Trade Law
• Proficiency in Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Legal Documentation
• Experience in Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Litigation related to maritime matters
• Understanding of Shipping Operations, Vessel Insurance, and Cargo Claims
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Law with specialization in Maritime Law or related areas
