Market Analyst – Commodities & Forex

Role Overview

We are seeking a Market Analyst specializing in commodities, forex, and precious metals. The role focuses on analyzing market conditions and recommending trade opportunities based on data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze commodities (oil, metals, agricultural products), forex, and precious metals markets
• Monitor global economic indicators, news, and geopolitical developments impacting price movements
• Identify and recommend trade opportunities based on technical and fundamental analysis
• Develop market outlooks and short-term/long-term trading strategies for internal execution
• Provide clear, actionable trade ideas with defined entry, exit, and risk parameters
• Prepare daily and weekly market reports and performance insights
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of recommended strategies
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and trading technologies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in market analysis within commodities, forex, or metals
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and trading instruments
• Proven ability to generate high-quality trade ideas and market insights
• Proficiency in technical analysis tools and charting platforms
• Solid understanding of risk management principles
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading desks, hedge funds, or brokerage firms
• Familiarity with macroeconomic analysis and market research methodologies
• Background in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or relevant financial credentials
