Position S ummary
We are seeking an experienced Market Analyst with a strong background in the aviation or travel industry to support commercial decision-making and drive revenue performance across North America.
This role combines data-driven analysis with sales support , with a primary focus on travel agency and corporate channels. The position plays a key role in optimizing market performance by delivering actionable insights, supporting the sales team with performance analysis and reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Analysis – Analyze agency sales performance across all channels, tracking Sold and Flown Revenue, Market Share performance and trends, providing actionable insights to the sales team and management. Create dashboards for performance analysis and reporting.
Contract Management and Analysis– Support implementation and management of Agency and Corporate agreements. Evaluate Agency and Corporate performance tied to incentive programs, including forecasting incentives and commission tracking and analysis.
Trade Sales Strategy- Define target agencies in line with current commercial guidelines and strategic priorities to optimize partnerships and sales performance.
Market Benchmarking - Ongoing benchmarking of competitors and market trends across the industry to identify opportunities and ensure competitiveness.
Compliance and Audit - Respond to auditor queries and support the analysis and resolution of Agency Debit Memo (ADM) disputes.
CRM Support – Support sales team and Agency Help Desk with Salesforce CRM-related queries, data management, and reporting.
Sales Team KPIs – Develop dashboards to monitor and report on sales team KPIs.
Key Skills
· Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
· Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
· GDS proficiency
· Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
· Solid understanding of airline distribution channels and the North American market
· High attention to detail and data accuracy
· Strong communication and presentation skills, Portuguese language skills a plus
· Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
