Market Center Administrator

As our Market Center Administrator, you will be the backbone of our brokerage operations—handling everything from improving profitability to developing the standard procedures that keep us growing. Professional Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll administration, and commission disbursements, while providing comprehensive financial reporting.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are integrated with the necessary technological tools and resources.
  • Maintain active collaboration with the Leadership Team to support organizational objectives.
  • Provide front-office support and ensure the maintenance of professional office standards.
  • Develop and update an official operations manual to document all systemic standards and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a high-level administrative capacity.
  • Advanced organizational, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize high-volume tasks effectively under time constraints without compromising work quality.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding data entry and proofreading responsibilities.
  • Proactive work ethic and a commitment to achieving thorough results.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and general financial management.
  • Availability to transition to a full-time schedule as required by the organization.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining professional and procedural integrity while maintaining a welcoming culture.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
