Market Coordinator

MB&A is a high-performing real estate team with the systems and infrastructure already in place to drive serious agent growth. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator who's genuinely passionate about lead generation, marketing analytics, and helping agents convert more business. Building and managing the systems that bring in and nurture leads is the job, including AI-powered tools you'll help oversee. We want someone local who can be in office up to half their time or available during regular hours for meetings.

What You'll Do

• Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and agent pipeline performance
• Monitor and report on paid ad performance (Meta, Ylopo, Google)
• Build and maintain simple marketing dashboards and reporting in Google Sheets
• Identify which lead sources are producing closings and surface those insights to agents
• Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
• Coordinate and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Oversee AI-generated content — review, approve, and refine before it goes live
• Create branded graphics and marketing assets in Canva

What We're Looking For

• Someone who thinks about leads, audiences, and ROI and loves the strategy behind great marketing
• Comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, building simple reports, and spotting trends
• Able to work independently and take initiative without needing constant direction
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)
• Proficient in Canva and familiar with social media scheduling tools
• Strong written communication with an eye for engaging, authentic content
• Highly organized and able to keep multiple projects moving forward at once
