Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D), Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
2+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Fresh graduates may also be considered.
Requisites for the Role
- Strong product-knowledge aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex pharmaceutical information.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build, manage, and grow customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant productivity applications.
- Self-driven mindset with resilience and the ability to operate independently within a defined territory.
- High learning agility, growth mindset, and clarity in thinking.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive field execution by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
- Engage healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors to position portfolio value effectively.
- Execute territory plans, route coverage, and customer engagement strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
- Conduct product detailing and ensure accurate articulation of clinical and commercial value propositions.
- Grow existing accounts while developing new relationships to expand market footprint.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to advise internal teams.
- Maintain structured reporting, including daily activity logs and market intelligence.
- Support brand visibility initiatives, awareness sessions, and territory-level events as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory expectations.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
