Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
- Achieve sales growth by meeting defined targets.
- Attain monthly customer acquisition targets by generating sales leads and following up on their re orders in coordination with the Sales and Strategic Marketing teams.
- Prepare customer assessment sheet to handover to service/sales team.
- Prepare quotations for machines, equipment, and products ensuring sustainability of all company assets installed.
- Prepare and conduct presentations and demonstrations for targeted leads and provide technical support to secure product approval.
- Gather market intelligence information by collecting data on competitors' contracts, quotations, portfolios, and instructional guidelines, and report findings to the direct manager.
- Launch new SKUs within the designated channel/area.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions for the sales team and monitor training for new hires.
- Prepare forecasts for dispensers, products, posters, and accessories to ensure stock availability.
- Manage the installation team.
- Oversee the service and training teams if the area is not managed by a Market Developer Manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with Key Account stakeholders through scheduled periodic visits to enhance client retention.
