Supervise and manage the team and oversee and co-operate in its day to day operations.
Develop and implement an operational MI advisor plan and objectives for the assigned team and provide information to the management, in order to realize agreed objectives and targets that support the departmental MI advisor ambitions and organizational results.
Some key responsibilities:
Manage the competition email basket and coordinate it partly yourself and partly with the responsible (Advanced) MI Analyst.
You will functionally lead the team in India to work on periodically recurring and standard projects based on JIRA Tickets where you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end processes.
You fully manage the data and do the necessary data manipulation with the right guidelines for relevant teams.
Preparation of a solid competitive analysis through a thorough web research.
Follow-up of current projects and adjustments where necessary.Inventive thinking when looking for possible solutions to problems. Collecting and processing relevant market information in order to draw up the necessary actions to acquire and maintain an optimal market position in the areas of different departments within TVH.
Updating, maintaining and sharing professional knowledge by continuously keeping abreast of evolutions and the market situation in the various markets, in order to strengthen his/her credibility by offering a service that is continuously based on up-to-date knowledge
Lead and coach the team, Set KPIs for the team in alignment with the organizational goals and regularly monitor the performance.
Analyze,develop, implement, optimize and improve the processes if needed. Suggest improvements to reporting accuracy, data processing, work flows and tooling. Share ideas on how recurring work can be more efficient.
Effectively collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to optimally contribute to the team’s objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of standardized projects.
Prepare and deliver recurring reports and dashboards following established templates, guidelines and instructions. Summarize factual information and provide accurate input to base deeper analysis on.
Take ownership of the team's professional development and operational excellence. This includes setting a clear vision, providing strong mentorship, offering continuous performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-trust environment where team members are motivated to excel and take initiative.
Define ambitious yet achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team. Ensure these KPIs are directly linked to and in full alignment with the broader organizational goals and strategic priorities. Implement a robust system for regular, objective monitoring of team and individual performance against these established metrics. Conduct formal one-on-one reviews and provide timely, constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Proactively analyze existing operational workflows, data processing methods, and reporting mechanisms. Based on thorough analysis, develop, implement, and continuously refine processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This includes identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, reducing manual effort, and ensuring standardization across all relevant tasks.
Suggest and champion significant improvements to enhance the accuracy and integrity of all reporting outputs. This extends to optimizing data processing pipelines, streamlining complex workflows, and recommending upgrades to essential tooling and technology stacks to better support team functions.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with relevant internal stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate effectively with these partners to ensure the team's objectives are optimally met, providing necessary data, insights, and support to their initiatives.
