Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Intelligence & Brand Performance Specialist to join our Business Excellence team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions by providing insights on in-store execution, competitive activity, and brand performance. The ideal candidate will support our commercial, RTM, and marketing teams with timely, accurate, and actionable market intelligence to improve execution and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • In-Store Execution & Shelf Share Tracking
    • Conduct or coordinate regular retail store audits across regions and customer types.
    • Monitor product availability, shelf share, pricing accuracy, and visibility compliance.
    • Evaluate planogram execution and in-store branding effectiveness.
  • Competitor Intelligence
    • Track and analyze competitor activity including pricing, promotions, new launches, and in-store presence.
    • Maintain a competitive database and develop trend reports.
    • Deliver actionable insights and alerts to commercial stakeholders.
  • Brand Performance Analysis
    • Analyze sales and execution data to assess brand and SKU-level performance in the market.
    • Identify distribution gaps, pricing deviations, and visibility challenges.
    • Recommend initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive sales.
  • Market Reporting & Insights
    • Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and monthly performance reports.
    • Consolidate field data and market feedback into clear, concise insights.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and impact.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in market research, retail audit, brand analysis, or a similar role within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of retail execution and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
