About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) space. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects end-to-end, work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams, and ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and execute D2C projects from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations, supply chain, customer service).
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and workflow management.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage daily communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Document project requirements, progress reports, and process improvements.
• Assist in campaign planning, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Identify risks, delays, and propose solutions proactively.
• Maintain project dashboards and internal trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management within a D2C or e-commerce brand.
• Strong understanding of D2C operations, marketing workflows, and brand processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Trello, Asana, Notion (or similar).
• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of D2C performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV).
• Experience working with creative, tech, or operations teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
