Market Penetration & Communications Lead

Naisubah Youth Empowerment Trust is looking for a passionate, responsible and experienced professional to support visually impaired students, parents, teachers and alumni through strong communication, engagement and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

-Parent-Teacher engagement & family support

-Alumni outreach and follow-up strategies

- Showcasing student and teacher achievements

- Building strong communication channels

- Workshops for parents & alumni

- Social media management & awareness campaigns

- Market penetration and community trust building

- Research & development for training and workshops

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Social Work, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Experience:

3–5 years in education, NGO sector, special education, communication, parent engagement, alumni relations or community outreach. Experience with disability inclusion is preferred.

- Experience in social media management and public engagement campaigns

- Experience conducting workshops, counseling sessions, and stakeholder coordination

- Strong experience in alumni relations, parent support systems, and institutional communication preferred
