Position Summary:

Assists with all day-to-day functions and departmental activities to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Reports to: Market Director People Services

FLSA: Non-exempt

EEO: Professional

Minimum Education:

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or Related Field, Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Related Field, Preferre

Required Skills:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

• Ability communicate with a wide range of individuals in a constructive and professional manner.

Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Preferred

Minimum Work Experience: 3 - 5 years experience in HR and Healthcare, Required
