Sales Tracking & Analysis
- Track sales performance product-wise and sales representative–wise.
- Prepare inquiry vs. conversion ratio analysis.
- Conduct lost order analysis.
- Review forecast vs. target achieved report for each product.
- Submit a weekly planned vs. achieved sales report to the MD
- Analyze the maximum potential of existing parties using Gemini.
- Identify new high-potential (“golden”) clients based on distributor capacity.
- Review GAP analysis sheet.
- Conduct export data analysis.
Competitor Analysis
- Create a comprehensive list of industry-related competitors.
- Conduct competitor analysis covering:
- Marketing campaign strategies (online and offline).
- Sales strategies (open market, direct sales, or via distributors).
- Export performance and strategies.
- List of government-approved competitors and pathways for our approval.
- CSR initiatives of competitors.
- Promotional activities of competitors’ CEOs/products (magazines, Forbes, etc.).
- Competitors that are publicly listed.
- Competitors’ corporate gifting / incentive & relationship offers (e.g., trips, lifting offers, etc.).
