Market Research Analyst (Remote)

ShippingChimp is a leading e-commerce shipping Carrier business that’s bringing low-cost shipping solutions to businesses throughout the US and Canada.

We’re looking for a sharp and curious Market Research Analyst who loves new data, following industry conversations, and uncovering opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Research websites, content, campaigns, pricing, messaging, and social presence
• Track industry conversations across Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and niche communities
• Research keywords, market demand, and competitive positioning
• Build recurring insight reports and dashboards to help guide decision-making
• Partner with marketing and product teams to refine strategy and messaging

What We’re Looking For:

• Interest in market research, competitive analysis, or marketing/strategy experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize findings clearly
• Familiarity with SEO or competitive intelligence tools (e.g., SEMrush, SimilarWeb, BuzzSumo)
• A naturally curious mindset and the ability to turn raw data into useful insights
• Strong written communication and comfort presenting findings

Requirements:

• Must reside in Chennai, Bangalore,
• Completed a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a similar discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity, innovative thinking, excellent time management and attention to detail
