Market Research and Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

The role is focusing on conducting a full comprehensive market studies and research on the retail banking products in the banks, analyze and collect the research data to provide recommendations and proposals to support in enhancing and creating a competitive products and services.


Job Responsibilities:

· Reviewing and analyzing the quantitative and qualitative data to identify market trends, customer needs, and competition.

· Researching the latest market trends and best practices in retail banking and presenting the findings and recommendations to the management.

· Formulating strategic recommendations for the product management team based on market research results.

· Analyzing demographic and behavioral data of retail banking customers to identify their needs and preferences.

· Identifying products and services that can be effectively introduced to our existing customers (cross-selling opportunities) in addition to proposing and developing the sales strategies related to the products


Job Qualifications:

· A suitable university degree, preferably in (Commerce – Business Administration – Economics) or an equivalent field.

· At least 8 years of experience in the field of retail banking.
