Job Title: Market Research Executive/ Assistant Manager Marketing Research

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Languages Required: Malayalam and English (proficiency in both mandatory)

Qualification: MBA / MA (Marketing, Economics, Sociology, or related field)

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in market or social research

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Assistant Manager - Market Research to lead and manage the end-to-end research process, from study design and methodology planning to data analysis and insight presentation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in market or social research and the ability to work independently across all project stages — including data collection supervision, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with clients and field teams to ensure high-quality insights and actionable outcomes that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies.

Design research methodologies, questionnaires, and sampling plans.

Coordinate and supervise data collection activities through field and online channels.

Perform data cleaning, tabulation, and statistical analysis using Excel, SPSS, or Power BI.

Prepare research reports, presentations, and dashboards highlighting actionable insights.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure research objectives are met.

Monitor project timelines, ensure quality, and maintain data accuracy.

Stay updated on market trends and consumer insights.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of survey design, sampling, and research techniques.

Excellent command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SPSS/Power BI.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

Experience in market research agencies, consulting firms, or development research.

Exposure to both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
