Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and direct outreach.
- Identify and engage with target respondents, decision-makers, and industry experts.
- Design and manage questionnaires, discussion guides, and feedback forms.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, marketing, product, recruitment, etc.) to deliver insights aligned with client requirements.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Maintain respondent databases and ensure high-quality, ethical research practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (for conducting interviews and drafting reports).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in research, recruitment, or data collection (preferred, not mandatory for fresher roles).
Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Exposure to market research tools/CRM/ATS.
- Knowledge of survey platforms (SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms, Typeform, etc.).
- Experience working in B2B or B2C research projects.
