Bibbeo is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Market Support Specialist within our Market Support team. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with departments across the organization, as well as field technicians throughout the United States and Canada, to ensure smooth job closeouts.
In this work-from-home role, you will partner with Project Managers and field technicians, managing daily calls to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technicians have the necessary resources to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for technicians in the field, providing real-time technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Manage technician check-ins and check-outs
- Troubleshoot communication issues with equipment and providing other required codes to technicians
- Monitor chats, calls, and emails, offering timely support and relaying updates to project managers at a fast pace
- Maintaining client confidence by keeping all information confidential
- Support technician teams by ensuring resources and guidance are readily available
- Preparing accurate job reminders and activity notes
- Assist in maintaining and updating install manuals to ensure technicians have access to the latest resources and guides
- Provide updates and insights to project managers regarding daily issues, progress, and any schedule changes
- Maintain logs of calls, emails, and chats, ensuring accurate record-keeping to support workload analysis and planning
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly via phone and email
- Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple job activities simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach

- Ability to work independently with a commitment to meeting daily deadlines
