Total Wireless is looking for an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Market Trainer in Dallas to support and develop high-performing retail teams across multiple locations. What You'll Do:

• Train new and existing Sales Associates on products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
• Visit multiple store locations to deliver in-person support and coaching
• Collaborate with Store Managers to improve performance and meet sales targets
• Monitor training effectiveness and report on progress
• Promote a positive, high-energy work culture across all stores
