Total Wireless is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Market Trainer to help build and support high-performing sales teams across multiple store locations in the New Orleans area. Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor Sales Associates on products, sales techniques, and customer service
• Support multiple store locations with in-person visits and hands-on coaching
• Work with Store Managers to identify areas for improvement and increase performance
• Monitor training success and report progress to leadership
• Promote a strong, customer-focused team culture
