Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing strategies to maximize outreach.
- Manage and optimize advertising sales efforts through targeted Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, print advertising, and other promotional avenues to boost visibility.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance, refine strategies, and ensure measurable results.
- Create engaging content for websites (WordPress), social media, newsletters, and print materials that resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics, competitor activities, and emerging trends within the home healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with service offerings and organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in WordPress website management, basic HTML coding skills, and print advertising processes.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to various audiences.
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies within the healthcare or service sectors is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns for better results.
