The Opportunity

As our Marketer, you'll play a vital role in raising awareness of our services and building strong relationships within the healthcare community. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to educate potential patients, families, and referral sources about the benefits of hospice care and the unique value we provide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is not only skilled in marketing but also deeply empathetic and understands the sensitive nature of our work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase referrals and community awareness of hospice services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions to healthcare professionals and community groups.
• Identify and participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
• Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage and update our online presence, including social media and website content.
• Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and a unified message.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, hospice, home health, or senior care industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges.
