Job Description

We are a growing fitout company specializing in commercial interiors for salons, clinics, offices, and retail spaces. We transform our clients’ physical locations into beautiful, functional environments. Beyond fitout services, we also help our clients attract customers post-completion through tailored marketing solutions.

We are looking for a versatile, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Client Growth Executive to join our lean team. In this unique role, you will be responsible for marketing our fitout services while also providing marketing support to our commercial clients.

Responsibilities

1. Fitout Company Marketing

· Capture professional photos and videos of completed fitout projects using provided equipment or your smartphone.

· Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Business.

· Support lead generation efforts through digital outreach and local campaigns.

· Prepare visual and written content for proposals, case studies, and client pitches.

2. Client Marketing Services

· Work directly with our fitout clients (e.g., salons, clinics, retail stores) to develop and execute 30-day post-launch marketing plans.

· Manage social media accounts, create promotional posts, and run targeted local campaigns for clients.

· Track campaign performance and provide clients with simple monthly reports.

· Suggest and implement low-cost marketing strategies to boost client visibility and customer traffic.

3. Coordination & Growth Support

· Identify opportunities to bundle marketing services with fitout projects.

· Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business.

· Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or a related field.

· Basic photography and video editing skills (smartphone or DSLR/mirrorless camera).

· Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools.

· Ability to create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

· Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman.

· Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience marketing businesses in sectors such as salons, retail, F&B, or clinics.

· Familiarity with basic SEO, Google My Business, and email marketing.

· Portfolio showing photo/video work and examples of social media campaigns managed.

· Understanding of the UAE commercial business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving license (Preferred)
