Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Team member specilized in Marketing to join our team. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Duties

• Google Ads Management: Run and optimize ad campaigns to drive results.
• Website Editing & Ranking: Maintain and improve our website’s performance and SEO.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop innovative strategies to expand our reach.
• Office Clerk Duties: Handle administrative tasks, proofreading, and document organization.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Support financial operations by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing, Google Ads, or website management.
• Familiarity with tools like WordPress and SEO platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in office management is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in calendar management to coordinate schedules seamlessly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly office environment.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting functions is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
