A fitness center's marketing sales executive is responsible for driving membership sales by generating leads, conducting tours, and closing deals. Key duties include meeting sales targets, collaborating with marketing on promotions, and providing excellent customer service to build relationships with potential and current members. The role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a goal-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and lead generation: Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, calls, and referrals. Book appointments for classes and tours.
• Member engagement: Conduct facility tours, explaining the benefits of membership and training packages. Answer questions about services and facilities.
• Sales target achievement: Work to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Marketing coordination: Support and participate in local promotions, outreach campaigns, and community events.
• Client relationship management: Maintain a database of leads and clients, including follow-ups and customer service calls.
• Upselling: Promote and sell additional services, such as personal training sessions and fitness programs.
• Operational support: Coordinate with front office staff and trainers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members.
