Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will help us enhance our brand presence, engage with the local cycling/outdoor community, and drive sales through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital graphics.
- Coordinate events and community outreach programs to engage local cyclists.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Stay updated on bicycle/outdoor industry trends and competitor activities.

-Keep our ecommerce website updated with new product and relevant images for the current season.

Qualifications:
- Passion for cycling/snowboarding/skiing and an understanding of the local outdoor community.
- Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as needed).
