Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: [e.g., 2-4] years of hands-on experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with modern marketing tools, such as CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), SEO/SEM practices, and Google Analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting, editing, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and innovative campaign ideas
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaigns: Brainstorm, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital, print, and social platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct audience and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and demographic data.
- Content Creation: Oversee or assist in creating multimedia content, including copywriting, graphic design, and promotional materials.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ROI across campaigns to measure success and optimize future marketing spend.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and successful sales enablement.
- Budget Management: Help allocate and monitor project-specific budgets to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per hour
