Aetheris Advertising is a remote-first performance marketing agency that specializes in Facebook and Google Ads for small to mid-sized businesses. We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager who thrives on strategy, loves working directly with clients, and understands how to drive performance across paid ad channels. If you’re equal parts strategic thinker and execution master, we want you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow client relationships, you’re the point of contact, the strategist, and the voice of calm when ads need adjusting.
- Build and manage multichannel marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, and performance content.
- Lead strategic planning, media budgeting, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm compelling ad hooks, offers, and visuals based on client calls
- Optimize campaigns daily using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, AdWords, and other tools to lower CPA and boost ROAS.
- Draft reports and insights that clients actually understand — no fluff, just performance.
- Track campaign metrics, monitor trends, and confidently shift strategy based on the data.
- Contribute to creative ideation, positioning, and messaging for eCommerce and service-based clients.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 Years Experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
- Proven track record managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads with measurable results.
- Confidence speaking with clients, setting expectations, and explaining performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of marketing and branding
- Strong project management skills — you know how to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball.
- Basic design or copywriting skills? A big plus.
- Bonus: experience with SEO, marketing automation, or B2B SaaS marketing.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
