Job Overview

As a Marketing Account Manager IV, you’ll sit at the center of client relationships—ensuring projects not only get done, but get done exceptionally well. Reporting to the VP of Creative Services, you’ll translate client goals into clear strategies, keep initiatives moving forward, and uncover new ways to add value.

This client-facing role blends relationship-building, project leadership, and strategic insight in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ideal candidates will thrive under pressure, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities. You’ll work closely with both in-house creative teams and client decision-makers to deliver impactful omni-channel marketing solutions that integrate digital, traditional, and experiential approaches. While this role does not include direct managerial responsibilities, you will provide support by mentoring and guiding junior account team members, serving as a model of best practices in client service and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Define project scope, establish roadmaps, and delegate tasks to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams, clients, and partners to align project execution with objectives.
  • Task Delegation & Execution: Assign and oversee work according to company policies while ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and client-facing documents while serving as a liaison between internal teams and client contacts.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Partner with leadership to develop and implement marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development: Identify client growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership to pursue them.
  • Market Research & Trends: Analyze industry trends and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Operational Support: Maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting accuracy while responding to internal and external stakeholder requests.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of account management experience within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Onsite presence required – this is not a remote position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
