MARKETING ADMINISTRATION Position: Estimated Start Date December 1, 2025

SUMMARY:
Our Team is currently seeking a Creative Marketing and Transactional associate, to provide support to our sales and leasing teams. The person fit for this position is responsible, pays attention to detail, is efficient & organized, has an ability to learn quickly, creative thinker, a team player, and displays strong computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe, Canva, Constant Contacts).

HOURS & COMPENSATION:
Part-Time with potential to grow into a Full-Time position (60-150 days), not guaranteed
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
Hourly Position: $25.00 - $30.77 hour based on experience (DOE)

DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

CREATION OF:

o Marketing Brochures

o Postcards

o Handouts/Mailers

o Prepare Services Proposal Presentations

o Property and Branding Email Broadcasts

DATABASE ENTRY:

Posting and maintaining property posts online

AIR CRE:

Reviews and prints lease/sale, etc. documents to Final version

PANDADOC:

Sets up contracts to be signed digitally and sent to all parties requested

Listing Agreements & Disclosures:

Making sure these forms are completed correctly and then given to Tommas. Following up with agents prior to expiration.

Social Media:

Social Media Blog Creation and Management (2-6 posts per week) (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google). Implements keywords for SEO in blogs to secure traffic.

Qualifications:

· Must be a team player who is detail oriented

· Ability to work within tight deadlines, and can multi-task

· Proficient in time management, organization, and written & oral communication

· Working towards a degree in marketing, business, or real estate is preferred but not required

· 2+ years experience in marketing or a commercial real estate admin role is preferred.
