We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our client's Dubai office on a 4-month contract.

• Position: Marketing Administrator
• Location: Dubai
• Work Time: Monday to Friday 8.00 AM to 17.00 PM
• Duration: 4 months contract

Role Summary: This role drives multi-channel marketing for exhibitions by creating compelling content, executing promotional campaigns, and conducting market research. It supports exhibitor engagement, manages key marketing timelines and budgets, maintains the exhibitions database, and coordinates activities to ensure successful event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for diverse marketing channels, including social media and email campaigns
• Develop and execute promotional materials and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Conduct market research and serve as a key point of contact for exhibitors
• Proactively maintain and develop the exhibitions database, building comprehensive product knowledge
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events, attract attendees, and engage exhibitors
• Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and ensure all deliverables are delivered on time
• Execute the critical path to ensure successful exhibition delivery
• Provide coordination support for all exhibition-related activities

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience of 3 years and above
• Strong experience in multi-channel marketing, including social media, email, and campaign execution
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
• Solid understanding of market research and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in events or exhibitions marketing is an advantage
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
