We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including graphic design, photo/video editing, and company communications. The ideal candidate must be passionate about maintaining a strong value-driven culture, working together as a team to deliver high-quality results, be able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, be detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Support organizational and production strategies by writing, designing, and maintaining materials such as email templates, PowerPoint templates, company newsletters, and more.
• Develop and produce in-house materials, such as stock photography, videography, and graphics.
• Support company culture through planning and participating in company events.
• Update content on our SharePoint site for all company information.
• Partner with HR to focus on recruiting strategies through ads and social media outreach.

Qualifications:

• Agriculture background preferred but not required
• Experience with:
  • Graphic design - specifically with Canva
  • Photography/Videography
  • Video editing
  • Writing specifically for business communication
