We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager who thrives on organization, communication, and maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact (“client owner”) for a portfolio of MSP clients.
  • Manage each client’s dedicated project board — ensuring all deliverables (SEO, website builds, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Direct Mail, CRM, email management, newsletters, etc.) are properly tracked and automated. We have teams for these different areas so the account manager will not be responsible for executing on each of these channels, but the account manager ensures each to do is properly acted on in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and implement best practices for client boards, following updates and SOPs provided by the internal operations team.
  • Enter every client request — no matter how small — into the board for full visibility and accountability.
  • Proactively escalate recurring bottlenecks to leadership to improve workflow and turnaround time.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Host monthly client meetings (1-hour) to review performance across all services the client subscribes to (SEO, ads, email, etc.).
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing specialists when results need improvement or when client concerns arise.
  • Escalate to leadership only when a client’s satisfaction or retention is at risk.

Member Engagement & Growth (MSP Camp Platform)

  • Plan and coordinate member meetings and Q&A sessions, including scheduling guest speakers and maintaining an events calendar.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns to members: announcing new offers, trainings, and events.
  • Conduct surveys to identify missing content or training topics that would benefit members.
  • Research and coordinate with external experts to develop new educational courses for the platform.
  • Manage member onboarding for different membership tiers, ensuring each new member feels welcomed and supported.
  • Engage actively in community forums: posting updates, responding to questions, and fostering discussion.
  • Create and distribute a monthly member newsletter highlighting updates, upcoming events, and new content.
  • Join member strategy calls to provide marketing guidance and insights.

What You’ll Bring

· 3+ years of marketing experience

· Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, etc.).

· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Proactive problem-solving attitude — you don’t wait for someone else to fix it. This is probably the most important point. You need to be a problem solver and willing to take on big challenges daily. We have a high performing culture.

· Passion for helping clients grow through creative marketing.
