We are hiring a Director of Operations for a marketing agency.

This role is not about doing the marketing work.

It is about owning delivery.

You are responsible for making sure client work is executed correctly, completely, on time, and at a high standard. You notice issues, fix them, determine why they happened, and put systems in place so they do not happen again. When results come in, you review performance, correct issues, and originate improvements.

You will oversee specialists across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email reactivation, SEO, reporting, and finance. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in each area, but you must have a strong working understanding and extremely high standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Owning delivery quality across all client accounts
  • Ensuring campaigns, reporting, and results are accurate and high quality
  • Catching mistakes early and fixing them without being asked
  • Identifying root causes of issues and implementing preventative systems
  • Reviewing account performance and initiating improvements
  • Managing and holding specialists accountable to standards and deadlines
  • Communicating clearly with leadership when issues occur and after they are resolved
  • Raising the bar on execution, consistency, and client experience

Qualifications

  • Experience leading operations, delivery, or account execution in a marketing agency or service-based business
  • Strong working understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, SEO, reporting)
  • Proven ability to manage people, systems, and outcomes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable holding others accountable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
