To support our growing team, we’re looking for a Marketing Agency Recruiter to join us at our Gulberg Greens, Islamabad office - Evening Shift from 1 PM Onwards.

What will you do:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for marketing and creative roles

• Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What we are looking:

• 1 to 2 years strong experience in sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and talent assessment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Prior experience hiring Copywriters and Media Buyers is a strong plus

• Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools, and modern hiring strategies

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

• Previous recruitment experience within a marketing or digital agency is an advantage.

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
