Marketing, AI Creative & Video Production Intern

About the Role

You’ll help bring our events to life visually by creating marketing materials, graphics, videos, and social assets using both traditional design tools and AI-powered creative platforms. This role is ideal for someone who loves design, branding, and short‑form video creation — and wants hands-on experience producing content for real campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Create graphics, headers, banners, and promotional materials for events
• Use AI tools to generate visuals that match our brand style
• Build social media content batches (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok thumbnails, X banners)
• Edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok, including transitions, captions, and audio syncing
• Assist with email graphics and layout elements
• Export assets in multiple formats and sizes for different platforms
• Maintain visual consistency across all event brands
• Support last-minute creative needs during event pushes

Ideal Candidate

• Strong visual sense and interest in design
• Comfortable using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Some experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or mobile apps)
• Curious about AI image generation and willing to learn quickly
• Organized, efficient, and able to follow a style guide
• Interested in events, branding, or digital marketing

This internship is for those looking to gain valuable hands-on-experience and add to their resume. Credit/co-op programs are available and this internship could lead to full time employment.
