Role Overview
The Marketing Analytics Executive partners with regional and product marketing leads to set analytics vision, optimize tracking, and own end-to-end administration of HubSpot CRM. This role focuses on translating data into strategic insights, managing the full HubSpot lifecycle, and influencing decision-making at the C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as HubSpot system administrator: configure pipelines, deal stages, custom objects, properties, and user permissions.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows, lead scoring models, and drip-nurture sequences.
- Oversee contact and company data hygiene standards, deduplication processes, and data import/export routines.
- Manage HubSpot integrations: installs, marketplace apps, and ensure data flows between HubSpot and external systems via connectors (API work executed by engineering partners).
- Train and support sales, marketing, and customer success teams on HubSpot best practices and new feature rollouts.
- Define Petpooja’s analytics roadmap across five products and regions, align KPIs with business goals, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders.
- Lead the strategy for Google Tag Manager implementation and auditing, ensure consistent event taxonomy, and validate data accuracy across marketing properties.
- Architect and maintain Google Analytics 4 properties, set up custom funnels, audiences, and attribution models, and conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour and campaign performance.
- Design and deliver interactive, executive-level dashboards in Looker Studio by blending data from GA4, BigQuery exports, and HubSpot CRM.
- Partner with the data analytics and engineering teams to request data extracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or marketing technology roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, including pipelines, workflows, custom objects, and user management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 configuration and analysis.
- Basic SQL skills and practical experience querying BigQuery for marketing data.
- Proven track record of designing executive-level dashboards in Looker Studio (Data Studio).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable briefing C-suite executives.
Preferred Skills
- HubSpot Operations Hub certification or similar.
- GA4 certifications or Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
- Experience with advanced attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution analysis.
- Familiarity with visualization best practices and storytelling through data.
- Exposure to additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
