This execution-focused role will partner closely with marketing strategists and cross-functional teams to deliver client-specific acquisition campaigns, digital experiences, and member communications. The ideal candidate is a highly organized marketing professional with strong digital marketing, content development, and project management experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional who combines strong communication skills, digital marketing expertise, and project coordination capabilities. They are highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality member acquisition campaigns.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Digital Experience & Website Management

Support and enhance open enrollment digital experiences through website and microsite maintenance.

Upload, update, and manage digital content while ensuring brand compliance and content accuracy.

Collaborate with digital strategy teams to optimize member-facing digital experiences.
Marketing Communications & Content Development

Develop, edit, and proofread consumer-friendly communications across digital and print channels, including:

Email campaigns
-
Microsites
-
Flyers and marketing collateral
-
Presentations and sales support materials
-
Ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Member Acquisition Campaign Execution

Support planning and execution of member acquisition campaigns for large employer group clients.

Coordinate campaign activities across multiple projects while managing deadlines and budgets.

Submit and manage project requests through project management platforms.

Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews and redlining of creative assets across email, web, and print channels.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Campaign Reporting & Analytics

Pull and monitor campaign performance metrics across digital channels.

Support reporting efforts and campaign performance analysis.

Maintain campaign tracking tools, including UTM parameters and campaign identifiers.

Assist with documentation, process management, and operational support activities.
Must-Have Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including websites, email marketing, and online communications.

Strong website content management and editing experience (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS platforms).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience reviewing, editing, and quality-checking marketing assets.

Ability to work independently and provide subject matter expertise and problem resolution.

Experience leveraging campaign data and analytics to measure performance and recommend improvements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working within Agile or continuous improvement environments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Health insurance, healthcare, or payer industry experience.

Digital marketing campaign management experience.

Marketing copywriting experience within an agency or corporate brand environment.

Experience supporting large employer group or B2B2C marketing programs.

Experience with HTML.

Video editing experience.

Experience developing KPI dashboards and campaign performance reporting.

Familiarity with Agile marketing methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40- $42 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
