Overview
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance across all channels. This role provides data-driven insights to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze performance of all marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events).
- Measure key metrics: lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates.
- Create comprehensive campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming channels.
- Monitor marketing budget utilization and ROI.
- Analyze lead flow from various sources and channels.
- Track lead-to-sale conversion funnel across different touchpoints.
- Identify drop-off points and recommend optimization strategies.
- Segment leads based on demographics, behavior, and source.
- Collaborate with sales team to assess lead quality by source.
- Conduct market research on target audience preferences and behavior.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and demand patterns.
- Provide insights on customer journey and decision-making factors.
- Track industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Present findings to marketing and sales leadership.
- Develop custom reports for specific campaigns or initiatives.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths using Google Analytics.
- Track social media metrics and engagement rates.
- Monitor email campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze paid advertising performance (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Implement and manage tracking pixels and conversion tags.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for marketing strategy.
- Suggest budget allocation across channels for optimal ROI.
- Identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Forecast lead generation and campaign performance.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics.
- Real estate or B2C industry experience preferred.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
