Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Brand Management Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster strong customer engagement across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated multichannel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, public relations, and traditional media platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research using tools like Nielsen to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Oversee product management activities including positioning, messaging, and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate branding efforts to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Utilize analysis skills to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Lead public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and e-commerce optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives for B2B markets.
  • Manage budgets for marketing projects ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite for content creation such as graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, branding, digital marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data from Nielsen or similar market research tools.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with public relations practices and strategic planning processes.
  • Experience in B2B marketing environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
  • A background in market research, analysis skills, and familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is desirable. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
