Position Overview:

The Marketing and Brand Manager “Marketing Manager” will lead and and execute our marketing initiatives across multiple companies’ primarily in the HealthCare and Travel and Tourism industries, for all digital channels, web platforms, and sales support activities. This role will be primarily responsible for managing social media presence, updating and editing WordPress websites and blogs, overseeing paid online advertising campaigns, and supporting both B2B and B2C sales efforts to grow our referral bases. The ideal candidate is strategic, a hands-on person, industry agnostic, a multi-tasker, and comfortable balancing creating a creative marketing content, with performance-driven advertising and direct business development.

Hours:

Salaried, Monday through Friday, 40+ hours/week. Punctuality and good attendance are essential. Paid time off and other schedule deviations to be approved by NDBC Clinic Administrator.

Typical Physical Demands:

May require prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, telephone, copy and fax machines, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eye sight to record, prepare and communicate appropriately. May require lifting papers or boxes up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across digital and direct channels. Primary duties include managing and growing multiple companies’ social media presence, creating, updating, and editing content within WordPress blogs, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

The role will support and participate in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) sales efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and relationship management. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will oversee paid advertising campaigns, including strategy development, budget management, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization to drive qualified traffic and measurable results.

Sales & Business Development Support – 40%

· Support B2B (business-to-business) marketing and sales initiatives, including lead generation, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building activities, primarily in the Minnesota market area.

o Maintaining and acquiring new referring attorneys for Workers Compensation (WC), Personal Injury (PI), and general patients.

o Maintaining and acquiring new medical industry referring providers, updating existing referring providers with new pamphlets, referrals, and face to face B2B meetings as needed or directed.

o Maintaining and acquiring new stakeholders in the travel and tourism industries in publications, public relations, and partnerships.

· Support B2C (business-to-client) sales efforts through sales calls, targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and follow-up strategies.

o Providing patient consultations and scheduling for VIP patients for the medical clinics business.

o Providing consultations and accommodation bookings for clients in the Travel & Tourism businesses.

· Collaborate with both internal & external management and sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.

· Assist in developing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures & materials, email campaigns, and promotional assets.

Digital & Content Marketing – 30%

· Manage and grow company social media accounts across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).

· Plan, create, schedule, and analyze social media content to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

· Update, edit, and publish blog content using WordPress, ensuring consistency in brand voice, SEO best practices, and accuracy.

· Collaborate with both internal and external sales marketing teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.

· Coordinate content calendars across blogs, social media, and campaigns.

Paid Advertising – 20%

· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (AdWords), Faceboook, etc. campaigns to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

· Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and adjust strategies based on analytics and ROI.

· Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Strategy & Reporting – 5%

· Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

· Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, bookings, etc).

· Identify new marketing opportunities, tools, and trends to improve overall performance of marketing departments.

Clinic Administration – 5%

· Manage Customer Experience Program (CEP) for medical clinics.

· Assist in clinic operations from time-time at direction from Administrator.

· Produce clinic materials for distribution within clinics for business goals.

Performance Requirements:

· Prefer 5+ years of marketing management experience in; social media, paid advertising, business development, and general B2B and client sales.

· Experience with major Social Media Platforms, WordPress websites, online content builders, Adobe Illustrator or design, Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Professional, pleasant, and skilled telephone manners for the use in scheduling any clients, peers, or any B2B meetings.

· Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task well.

· Maintains the strictest confidentiality, adhering to all Non-Disclosures, HIPAA guidelines, and other professional regulations.

· Adhere to safety and security rules, in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

· Attend all meetings and training sessions as directed, including BARF training.

· Attend seminars and training as required by role. Travel may be required.

· Must have a valid MN driver’s license and vehicle for off-site sales calls.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in business development, digital marketing, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Experience developing, supporting, and executing B2B and B2C sales initiatives across various industries.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, sales, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with WordPress blog management and content editing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, and similar paid search advertising.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills using online tools, Adobe, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
