Marketing and Business Development Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will play a crucial role in expanding AaoSeekhe’s outreach. The role involves identifying potential leads, nurturing student and college relationships, and supporting our sales and marketing team to convert leads into admissions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in sales, client relationship management, and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential student leads and partner colleges/universities.
  • Assist in lead generation through calls, emails, WhatsApp campaigns, and social media.
  • Support seminars, webinars, and workshops by coordinating with colleges and student groups.
  • Maintain and update CRM records of leads and follow-ups.
  • Pitch AaoSeekhe’s offerings (GRE/GMAT prep, profile building, study abroad guidance) to prospective students and parents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and increase conversions.
  • Provide feedback from students/parents to improve product offerings.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing/completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sales, education, and student career development.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales/marketing/student outreach (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,123.77 per month
