Role Details

Location: Noida Sector-73, Delhi-NCR | On-site
Duration: 3–6 months (early full-time conversion possible)
Stipend: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month
Conversion: Top‐performing interns will be eligible for a full-time offer. FTE salary will be finalized during the post-internship review.

About Us

We’re a Tier-1 Motorola partner and enterprise solutions provider in India, now also building a SaaS lead-to-cash automation platform (CRM+ERP software)

This is a unique opportunity to work across traditional B2B sales and modern SaaS funnels, learning how to generate and close high-value leads end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound channels
  • Nurture prospects with timely follow-ups, demos scheduling, and pipeline updates
  • Run email and social media outreach campaigns using ICP-based targeting and automation tools
  • Support paid ad and SEO efforts for top-funnel lead capture
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities and manage CRM updates (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Track and report on lead flow, conversion rates, and ROI across channels
  • Assist in creating sales collateral (presentations, case studies, short videos) aligned with the buyer journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or IT
  • Experienced folks are also welcome to apply but should have experience in selling software solutions to businesses.
  • Strong English communication (verbal & written) — clarity and confidence are musts
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRMs, and digital outreach tools
  • Ownership-driven, data-curious, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn lead generation, B2B selling, and SaaS/telecom markets

Performance & Conversion Criteria

  • Lead volume and quality (qualified opportunities generated)
  • Follow-up and conversion effectiveness
  • Email, ad, and outreach engagement rates
  • CRM hygiene and sales reporting accuracy
  • Consistent performance in monthly reviews with the Sales Lead

High performers will be considered for Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) based on measurable results and potential for long-term growth.
