We are a fast-growing technology and digital solutions company working in IT services, AI solutions, website & mobile app development, digital marketing, healthcare and enterprise software.
We work with clients in India, USA, Europe, and Middle East.

Role Overview

We are looking for hungry, smart, and growth-oriented junior sales professionals who want to build a career in B2B sales and business development.

This role focuses on LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, cold outreach, and meeting setup.
No field sales. No target pressure in the first month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients on LinkedIn, email, and online platforms
  • Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests & follow-ups
  • Support cold email campaigns (data, follow-ups, coordination)
  • Qualify leads and understand basic client requirements
  • Schedule introductory calls / demos for senior team
  • Maintain lead data in Google Sheets / CRM
  • Coordinate with marketing & leadership team
  • Learn B2B sales, pitching, and client communication

Who Can Apply

  • Freshers / Final year students / 0–2 years experience
  • MBA / BBA / Any graduate with interest in sales
  • Good English communication (written + verbal)
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, Google Sheets
  • Willing to work on incentive-based growth model
  • Positive attitude, learning mindset, consistency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
