Marketing and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead our marketing, communications, and business development activities in the photocopier and printer industry. The role involves working closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that increase brand awareness, generate sales leads, expand corporate partnerships, and grow revenue for our copier and printer solutions business.

You will manage a team of marketing and business development professionals and collaborate with suppliers, corporate clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote our photocopiers, printers, managed print services, leasing solutions, and maintenance contracts.
  • Identify target markets such as corporate offices, schools, government entities, and SMEs, and create strategies to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Manage all marketing initiatives including social media, website content, product promotions, email campaigns, and digital advertising related to copier and printer solutions.
  • Promote brands such as Kyocera, Canon, Bizhub, and other office automation products handled by the company.
  • Coordinate product launches, special offers, and service contract campaigns.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies, and media partners to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Explore various marketing channels including online advertising, Google Ads, B2B networking, exhibitions, corporate visits, and industry events.
  • Oversee event participation such as trade shows, business expos, and corporate presentations.
  • Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and market trends in the UAE office equipment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective lead generation.
  • Identify new business opportunities including government tenders, corporate contracts, and long-term rental agreements.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing strategies, and corporate presentations.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships and large-volume supply agreements.
  • Ensure proper CRM management, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing and business development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the office automation, photocopier, printer, or IT equipment industry.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and proposal-writing skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage in the UAE market).
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required.
