Marketing and Catering Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Caterer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with strong marketing skills to promote our catering services effectively. This role involves planning, preparing, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences for various events while also engaging in marketing activities to expand our client base.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute catering menus tailored to client needs and event themes.
• Prepare high-quality food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Coordinate logistics for catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing to promote catering services.
• Manage multichannel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the catering industry.
• Create engaging content for various platforms using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to maintain client relationships and promote upcoming events.
• Assist in budgeting for events while ensuring profitability through effective cost management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in catering or food service management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including B2B marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, and Google AdWords is highly desirable.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for advertising sales and print advertising.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 60 per week
