Marketing and Clinical Outreach Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing and Clinical Outreach Manager to lead our efforts in expanding clinical partnerships and enhancing our brand presence within the healthcare community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine strategic marketing initiatives with targeted clinical outreach, fostering meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, and medical professionals.

At Couples Therapy Services, we are building something different. We are a private-pay, relationship-focused practice dedicated to helping couples create meaningful, lasting change using evidence-based approaches (Gottman Method, DBT for Couples, Imago Therapy). Our work is deeply human—and so is how we grow.

We are looking for someone who thrives on connection, loves being out in the community, and is energized by building genuine professional relationships.

This is not a desk marketing role. This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven position for someone who wants to be the face of a growing, high-quality practice.

What You Will Do:

Build Referral Networks and Schedule Meetings with the Following:

  • Therapists (individual, group practices)
  • Physicians (OB/GYNs, pediatricians, primary care, psychiatrists)
  • Schools, attorneys, and community organizations
  • Regularly visit offices in Princeton, Manalapan, and surrounding areas
  • Plan and host networking events for therapists and professionals
  • Coordinate and launch workshops, groups, and couples intensives
  • Represent the practice at local events, organizations, and meetups
  • Track outreach efforts and referral sources
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and new initiatives

Who You Are

  • Naturally warm, confident, and great at building trust quickly
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Comfortable walking into offices, introducing yourself, and following up
  • Relationship-driven (not transactional or “salesy”)
  • Strong communicator—both in person and in writing
  • Aligned with a values-driven, growth-oriented team culture
  • Experience in outreach, partnerships, business development, or healthcare marketing
  • Familiarity with mental health, therapy, or healthcare environments is a strong plus
  • Event planning or community engagement experience

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off

Work Location: In person
