Job Description:
The Marketing & Communication Associate will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s marketing initiatives from strategy through implementation. This role includes managing digital presence, brand messaging, content creation, marketing materials, trade show coordination, and internal communication processes. The professional will serve as the main point of contact for internal departments, external partners (such as agencies), and the marketing team at headquarters.
As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities:
Brand and corporate communication
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all channels and materials.
- Create and manage institutional documentation, keeping the shared network of documents updated and providing support using SharePoint.
- Write, proofread, and edit multilingual communication (English primary; Spanish secondary).
Digital strategy and content management
- Manage the company website (updates, UX improvements, SEO, and content uploads)
- Coordinate web development partners when larger updates are needed and work with the SEO agency to explore improvements and set new goals.
Market Research and Digital Campaign Development
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Plan, create, and manage digital campaigns aligned with business objectives, developing messaging and visual assets as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics, optimizing results, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Social Media & Social Presence:
- Create editorial strategies and an editorial plan aligned with business goals and campaigns.
- Produce content (copy + basic visual design videos) for LinkedIn, Meta channels, and YouTube.
- Schedule posts, engage with audiences, and monitor performance insights.
Marketing Collateral & Product Communication:
- Create and maintain brochures, product sheets, catalogs, manuals, and visual documentation, ensuring brand identity and TOV are maintained.
- Design marketing visuals using platforms like Adobe Creative Suite/Canva.
- Coordinate printing, graphic suppliers, and external agencies.
- Ensure product communication is aligned across Sales, Service, Operations, and the marketing team at the headquarters
Trade Shows, Events, and Field Marketing:
- Plan and coordinate trade show participation, including logistics, stand materials, and communication assets.
- Conduct pre-event analysis, identify potential customers, assess competitor presence, and observe their actions.
- Develop post-event reports, track leads, execute follow-up campaigns, and repurpose content.
- Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams.
Cross-Department Coordination and internal processes:
- Collect technical and commercial input from departments and translate it into clear external/internal communication
- Manage shared document structures (SharePoint / Drive).
- Create onboarding materials, guidelines, and internal marketing workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or related roles, ideally in technical/industrial contexts.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and in an international environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership of tasks
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to switch between creative and analytical tasks
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Graphic and content creation skills using Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Spanish is a plus
