Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Department: Marketing & Development
Reports to: Vice President, Communications & Advancement

Make an Impact Through Meaningful Communication

Starbridge is looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator who is passionate about storytelling, brand consistency, and community impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy and creativity while supporting a mission-driven organization.

What You’ll DoMarketing & Communications Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing and communication requests across departments, ensuring deadlines and brand standards are met
  • Maintain the agency-wide communications calendar to support prioritization and workflow
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for email, website, and social media campaigns
  • Support targeted campaigns for program promotion, recruitment messaging, and service awareness
  • Assist in developing annual impact reports and storytelling materials
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure messaging reflects inclusive and culturally responsive practices

Agency Communications

  • Draft and edit agency publications including annual reports, donor newsletters, and workshop catalogs
  • Coordinate website updates and monitor analytics
  • Recommend website content improvements
  • Manage and schedule social media content
  • Support external communications for leadership as needed
  • Maintain agency events and sponsorship calendar

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in staff and strategic planning meetings
  • Complete required trainings
  • Provide operational support to the Vice President of Communications & Advancement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum two years of marketing and/or communications experience
  • Nonprofit experience preferred
  • Experience with writing, copywriting, and graphic design tools (Adobe InDesign, Canva) preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and brand management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Comfort analyzing data and recommending strategy improvements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based communication tools
  • Spanish fluency preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required

Work Environment

  • Office-based position
  • Occasional travel to community events and agency activities
  • Evening or weekend hours may occasionally be required

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
